Neel Shah (MISCP)
Neel is an experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist with a diverse background in both acute and community settings. He has worked in fast-paced clinic and hospital settings, telehealth services for major insurance providers, and pitch-side support for high-level club and county GAA teams. Additionally, he has worked at finish-line hospitals at major national sporting events and has been the tournament physiotherapist at the AIG Irish Badminton Open for the past two years.
Neel obtained his BSc in Physiotherapy from UCD and has since pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Exercise from Trinity College Dublin, furthering his knowledge in exercise prescription for chronic disease prevention and management. His passion for strength and conditioning and high-performance coaching stems from his Diploma in Personal Training and continues to develop. He is currently pursuing a MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine.
Neel is also passionate about academia and has returned to UCD to work as a tutor for bachelors modules of the Physiotherapy programme.
